Wayne JoyManaging DirectorWayne - With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and senior management, Wayne has a rich background, including roles at Amber Taverns and Admiral. In 2005, Wayne founded WJS and has since built a portfolio of over 25 pubs and hotels. His current focus is on enhancing operational efficiency and spearheading the company's expansion efforts.

Gemma JoyFinance DirectorGemma - Gemma brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality and senior management, having managed pubs at Amber Taverns and Admiral Taverns. Currently, Gemma directs financial planning and strategy within the organization, emphasizing stability and growth in the company's finances.

Her role encompasses overseeing beer orders, managing weekly financials, conducting regular stock takes, coordinating initial hiring processes for new operators, and serving as the initial point of contact for office escalations.

Tom has been with WJS for 8 years, with prior experience in hospitality. His current role includes logging and tracking all company maintenance jobs, ensuring clear communication with internal and external parties, and meticulously recording all expense activities.
